Summary:Notice is hereby given that the Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) requests Proposals from qualified consulting firms (Firm) to provide Professional Services including infrastructure condition assessment of treatment plants, pump stations and collection systems.
All Proposers shall demonstrate prior experience with providing Professional Services for other municipal organizations and have demonstrated prior experience with implementation of Condition Assessment Programs, engineering and construction management services, infrastructure investment planning, data management, and compliance support. All Proposers shall have a local office within HRSD’s service area with sufficient qualified personnel to provide and manage the proposed services.
