The City of Norwich intends to engage an architect for the preparation of a conceptual design, full design services, and assistance in state grant applications for the John B. Stanton Elementary School – State Project: 104-0118N and the Greeneville Elementary School – State Project: 104-0119N. The specific requirements of each task and required deliverables are included within this RFP. The successful firm must demonstrate extensive experience in all facets of architectural and MEP design for K-12 educational facilities, including conceptual design services. Successful experience with the State of Connecticut School Construction Grant Process is required.
