The Klamath County Maintenance Department invites written sealed bids for the Community Corrections Roofing project at the Klamath County Community Corrections located at 3203 Vandenberg Rd., Klamath Falls, OR. 97603.
The Invitation to Bid (ITB) document may be obtained from the undersigned at 305 Main Street, Klamath Falls, Oregon 97601 or by calling (541) 851-3693 Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

mandatory Pre-Bid Conference
will be held by Tom Banks, at 3203 Vandenberg Rd., Klamath Falls, OR. 97603 from 9 am to 10 a.m. July 30, 2019.
Written sealed bids in envelopes marked “KLAMATH COUNTY COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS ROOFING PROJECT” shall be delivered or mailed to Leslie Barlow-Hunter, Contract and Risk Manager, 305 Main Street, Suite 216, Klamath Falls, OR. 97601. Only bids from licensed contractors will be accepted. No bid shall be considered if received later than
2:00 p.m. August 8, 2019
. The bids shall be opened at the Klamath County Government Center at 305 Main Street in Room 216 on August 8, 2019.
This project is subject to Oregon’s prevailing wage rates. All Bids must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit (Bank), or Bid Bond, payable to the Klamath County in an amount equal to thirty percent (30%) of the total amount of the Bid.
Klamath County may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may for good cause reject any or all bids upon a finding of the agency it is in the public interest to do so. Klamath County reserves the right to rescind the award of any contract at any time before the execution of said contract by all parties without any liability against the County. All bids are subject to Oregon Law bid procedures.
