A virtual non-mandatory vendor informational meeting will be held on Friday, April 30, 2021 at 9:30am EST via Cisco Webex:

CCS will not be answering any RFQu-specific questions during the non-mandatory vendor informational meeting. All vendor questions related to the RFQu will be addressed via the Public Purchase system only, so that ALL vendors are provided with the same information in a fair and equitable manner. Our main focus for the 4/30/2021 meeting will simply be for the District to: reiterate our Board of Education LEDE (Local and Economically Disadvantaged Enterprises) participation policy, to reiterate important deadline dates within the RFQu, and to introduce any LEDE vendors in virtual attendance.

Prospective Vendors:

The Columbus City School District in Columbus, Ohio is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQu) from responsive and responsible vendors for Real Estate Broker services for the entire District. Please use the following link to access the RFQu:

Please register in Public Purchase even if your company is not interested in this particular solicitation. (If your company registers with Public Purchase under a commodity and the District selects that commodity when creating a solicitation, your company will receive an automatic notification.)

  • Registration on the Public Purchase website is free. For your company’s initial registration with Public Purchase, it may take Public Purchase approximately 1 hour to process, so please allow time for this processing after registering. ***ALL VENDOR RFQu SUBMISSIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA THE PUBLIC PURCHASE WEBSITE ( ) ***The District will not accept RFQu responses that are delivered by any other means than the Public Purchase Website***

***Any vendor questions relative to the RFQu shall be submitted via Public Purchase only by 2:00pm EST on Tuesday, May 4, 2021. No questions regarding this RFQu will be answered by any other means than Public Purchase, including in the non-mandatory virtual vendor informational meeting scheduled for Friday, April 30, 2021 at 9:30am EST. Please do not call our offices with questions. Answers to vendor-submitted questions will be posted back to the Public Purchase website no later than May 11, 2021 by 2:00 p.m EST***

The District does not provide progress updates. Information will be provided via Public Purchase. Vendors are responsible for checking the Public Purchase website for any addenda to ensure that their submissions incorporate all available information.
