vessels for the ISU Power Plant

1 Evaluation Criteria
The evaluation of this RFP/RFQ may be based upon, but not limited to which are in no particular order:
Demonstrated successful experience with Boiler Code repairs and pressure vessels in accordance with the
National Board Inspection Code.
Current “R” Stamp certification.
Overall Cost to ISU (rates)
Contractor's safety program information (if requested)
Ability to respond to ISU emergencies in 24 hours
Welding experience of R-Stamp Welders
