CM for Courthouse Rejuvenation

Harris County, Georgia, home of Callaway Gardens and FD Roosevelt State Park, located approximately 90 miles southwest of Atlanta, is seeking a Construction Manager (CM) for the Roofing, Mechanical and Partial Rehabilitation of the Harris County Courthouse. The CM will function as a CM As Constructor (CM/GC). A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at the 102 N. College Street, Room 223, Hamilton, GA 31811, at 10:00 AM on January 28, 2022. The deadline for Proposals is February 11, 2022. The estimated budget for the work is $3.5 million and is locally funded.
