Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Student Marketing to the Clayton State University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.

Clayton State University is seeking a qualified supplier for student marketing which identifies the right tools, research, and assistance for student re-enrollment. The supplier will develop a plan of action that guides them to graduation. This plan will be personalized to assist the student with establishing personal and academic goals, financial strategies, and establishing accountability for success. This plan will include enrollment, retention of students, and a strong partnership with the staff and faculty at Clayton State University. Using data, the vendor will provide Clayton State University with a plan that maximizes the potential to re-enroll Clayton State University students.
