Project Summary:

The County of Mesa, Colorado, will receive sealed bids for the Clifton 1st Street and Grand Avenue Road Improvement Project IFB-22-03047 at the Mesa County Public Works Department, 200 South Spruce, Grand Junction, Colorado, until 10:00 AM, November 9, 2022. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Mesa County Public Works Department, at 200 South Spruce, Grand Junction, CO 81501 at 10:00 AM, November 9, 2022.

The project consists of urban minor collector road improvements on 1st Street from Front Street to Grand Avenue and urban local road improvements on Grand Avenue and Orson Avenue from 1st Street to 2nd Street. The project also includes removal of two buildings located on the 117 2nd Street parcel.

A mandatory pre-bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, October 25, 2022 in Training Room A, at the old courthouse located at 544 Rood. Go in the East Door and upstairs to the third floor. Bidders are encouraged to do a site visit before the pre-bid.

Information packets will be available on Monday, October 17, 2022.
