Interior and exterior improvements and priority repairs of the existing
Clear Brook High School campus. Interior renovations will consist of
new flooring and paint throughout the campus, some ceiling replacement
in academic and athletic areas, HVAC upgrades, some door replacement,
and scoreboard replacement in the competition and practice gyms.
Exterior renovations will consist of new softball and baseball dugouts,
new fencing around the baseball field, some site regrading,
waterproofing work around the exterior building envelope, repair of lift
station equipment, and exterior lighting and site lighting replacement.
February 2020 - August 2020
Offerors will be expected to comply with the provisions of Document
AB, “Instructions to Offerors”, as indicated within the project manual.
Plans will be available for General Contractors on Tuesday, January 7,
2020. Plans and specifications can be obtained with a $100.00 deposit
(per set), two (2) set maximum at:
