Opportunity Summary
The Oregon State Police - Criminal Justice Information Services Division (OSP) is soliciting quotes for a venue to hold a statewide CJIS Training Event in Polk County, Oregon. The event will be three consecutive days: August 28th, 29th and 30th, 2018. The venue will need to accommodate at least 350 attendees comfortably in a classroom seating arrangement on August 28th and 30th in a single large room (General Sessions). The venue will need to have a total of four separate meeting rooms reserved for OSP on August 29th to be used for separate breakout sessions. Classroom setting is defined as rows of rectangle tables with chairs, and sufficient space between the rows so that attendees can move about the rooms.

Each of the rooms will need to have full audio/visual (AV) capabilities. The venue will be required to have AV staff on call for the duration of the event, to include before the scheduled start time of the event for setup. These AV Staff will only have to be available to the OSP team in times of AV problems, and are not required to be assigned to the OSP event for the duration of the event. The venue will also be required to provide a stage and lectern for each of the meeting rooms. ADA accommodations will be required for attendees in all rooms, as well as presenters up on stage.
