The City of Tempe is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to establish contracts for repairs to the sewer line from its point of exit from residential properties to the City’s main. This work is to be performed under the City’s Water/Sewer (WatSew) permit program. The initial contract will be for a period of one-year with four one-year renewal options exercisable based on future need, pricing and performance of the awarded firms.
