Special Requirements:

Due to restrictions surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, public access to City facilities is currently prohibited. The City is still receiving and accepting deliveries from shipping services such as USPS, Fedex and UPS. The mailing (utilizing contracted shipping services) of bids is preferred, but if a bid is hand delivered by the Bidder, it may ONLY be hand delivered on 10/19/2022 at 325 4TH STREET NW,CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA 22903 between the hours of 1:00PM & 2:00PM (local prevailing time).

Miscellaneous:

A pre-bid conference has been scheduled for October 5th 2022 at 10:00AM at Charlottesville High School, 1400 Melbourne Rd, Charlottesville, VA 22901. Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. Bidders will have to check in at the Main Entrance and obtain a visitor’s pass. Bidders not attending the pre-bid conference shall acknowledge on the bid form that they have or have not visited and inspected the site. Site visits can be coordinated with advance notification by contacting Stewart Harding, City Project Manager, The City of Charlottesville (434) 970-3646, or fax (434) 970-3659.
