The Little Rock Advertising and Promotion Commission dba Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau (LRCVB) is extending a request for proposals for the design, fabrication, and installation of a cohesive, unique set of holiday decorations for the Statehouse Convention Center, River Market, Cromwell Building, and Robinson Center.
Contract Term is for two (2) years with option to renew for five (5) additional years. Initial year term will be 13 months from Jan 2023- Jan 2024 to allow time to purchase decorations for during market (January 2023), decorate spaces (November 2023), and remove decorations and plan for 2024 (January 2024).
There will be an optional walkthrough on Monday November 7, 2022 at 10:30AM CT. We will meet at the lobby of the Statehouse Convention Center: 1 Statehouse Plaza, Little Rock, AR 72201
