Chiller Plant Roofing Project

Notice is hereby given that Montgomery County Community College will accept sealed bids online for the Chiller Plant Roofing Project (Bid #20 – FY21/22). Bids will be accepted until 10 a.m. on May 31, 2022, via PennBid . Questions must be submitted via PennBid by close of business on May 24, 2022. Plans and specifications are available online at no charge via PennBid. The bid will be for a total roof replacement.

A mandatory walkthrough will take place on May 23, 2022 at 10 a.m. at the Facilities Management Building, located at 340 Dekalb Pike, Blue Bell, PA 19422.

The College reserves the right to waive any informalities or to refuse any or all of the bids. This project may be subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Law.

Bid responses must be accompanied by the Non-Collusion Affidavit, Economic Opportunity Plan and Solicited Diverse Supplier Form. If bidding over $250,000.00, Bidders must complete and meet all the conditions listed on the Owner’s Certification of Responsible Contractor Status form, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof or items therein and to waive informalities and/or technicalities, as it deems best to protect its interest.
