Children's Center Management Services

Montgomery County Community College will receive proposals for Children’s Center Management Services, RFP# 11- FY21/22. Proposal Documents, including specifications, will be available to interested Proposers after January 20, 2022 through PennBid . Registration is free.

All interested non-profit providers may attend a pre-proposal meeting held at the Children’s Center, 340 DeKalb Pike Blue, Bell PA 19348 on February 1, 2022 at 10 a.m. Questions will be accepted through PennBid until 5 p.m. on February 9, 2022. Proposals must be uploaded to Penn Bid by 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, February 16, 2022.

Selected providers may be required to make an oral presentation of their proposal and programs the week of February 28th after all proposals have been opened and reviewed. Such presentations provide an opportunity for the provider to clarify the proposal to ensure mutual understanding.

Proposals must include the designated forms in the Request for Proposal documents. Proposals shall conform to all other requirements as more fully set forth in the bidding documents, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Certification of local, diverse, and disadvantaged businesses will be considered in the evaluation process.
