Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit competitive Proposals from qualified Bidders that will enable the Department of Health and Human Services (Agency) to select the most qualified Contractor to provide training through the Child Welfare Provider Training Academy (CWPTA). The CWPTA provides training to child welfare service providers as mandated in State of Iowa Legislation. The CWPTA will provide training to improve provider staff and supervisor skills and knowledge through Evidence-Based Practice models and additional training developed to meet the needs of various Agency child welfare provider contractors.
