The Washington County Public Works Department is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to determine the feasibility and alignment of an extension of County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 25/Century Ave S from the intersection with Lake Road in Woodbury to CSAH 18/Bailey Road and potentially to CSAH 20/Military Road. The scope of this project will include a feasibility and alignment study for a collector or arterial roadway located on the border of Washington and Ramsey Counties within the cities of Woodbury, Newport and Maplewood.
