Project Description:	Improvements for this project will include replacing sections of concrete curb and gutter as well as sidewalk, accessible curb ramps, asphalt grinding/milling, asphalt digouts to repair base failures, road resurfacing, storm drain improvements, pavement markings/striping and a new retaining wall. The work will take place on local (residential) roads in the Santa Venetia and California Park neighborhoods The Engineer’s estimate for this project is $3,500,000. Bids are required for the entire work described herein. The Contractor shall possess a valid Class “A” License at time of bid submittal. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount payable to the County of Marin shall accompany the Proposal.
