The County of Lehigh will receive sealed bids until 4:00 P.M. Local Time, January 25, 2023, and will publicly open said bids after 10:00 A.M. Local Time, January 26, 2023, for the BALCONY REPAIR PROJECT at Cedar View Apartments.

Complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained 1) at the office of the Engineer: Cornerstone Consulting Engineers & Architectural , 1176 N. Irving Street , Allentown, PA 18109, upon a non-refundable payment of $50.00 per set if picked-up ( $65.00 if mailed ); or 2) downloadable via the View/Print option below for no charge . Checks shall be made payable to Cornerstone Consulting .

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site, located at 4230 Dorney Park Road, South Whitehall Township , Allentown, PA on January 11, 2023, commencing at 11:00 A.M.

In an attempt to safeguard all persons attending the pre-bid meeting, attendees must abide by the same policies and procedures regarding COVID-19 as Lehigh County employees are expected to follow. The requirements include social distancing, proper face masks, temperature screenings prior to entry (if applicable), and adherence to all posted signage throughout County facilities.
