CDPH CalCONNECT

The California Department of Technology (CDT), on behalf of the California Department of Public Health (CDPH ), is issuing this Solicitation to seek qualified vendors to support maintenance and operations activities, as well as continued integration and continued delivery activities, for the State's disease intervention (e.g., outbreak investigation, outreach, contact tracing and case investigation) platform, California Confidential Network for Contact Tracing known as CalCONNECT. With this solicitation CDPH seeks the following services: 1) maintenance, monitoring, and updates to the CalCONNECT platform and ancillary components (Shared Portal for Outbreak Tracking [SPOT], Virtual Assistant, Exchange); 2) maintenance, monitoring, and updates to the data transfers between CalCONNECT and other systems; 3) maintenance, monitoring, and updates to reporting and analytics tools in various platforms (including Tableau CRM, Snowflake); 4) providing Help Desk services and implementing training management; and 5) ensuring CalCONNECT adheres to CDPH Privacy and Security requirements. Additionally, CDPH seeks 6) services to build and deploy new functions in CalCONNECT
