CDBG RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION - 1701 N 19th Street

This project should be bid according to the housing rehabilitation specifications set forth below. Project Bid must be all inclusive.

• Repair 2 ^nd bathroom – add grab rails.
• Renovate master bathroom.
• Replace the main entry door and porch door.
• Misc. electrical repairs
• Replace pitch roof.
• Replace HVAC (remove one window unit)
• Replace 24 windows – non-impact.
• Repair miscellaneous drywall throughout
• Replace wood sidings with stucco.
• Replace closet doors.
• Replace kitchen sink and countertop (like for like)
• Replace side porch posts.
• Permits for all work must be included.

A Mandatory Site-Visit will be held 10:00 A.M., May 3, 2024, at 1709 N. 19th Street, Fort Pierce, FL 34950 All interested Bidders MUST attend this site visit in order for their bids to be considered. Anyone arriving after 10:15 A.M. will not be allowed to participate in the Bid process.
