Description:

The Suwannee River Water Management District (District) is requesting bids for services to remove and replace carpet in the main headquarters building with 24” x 24” carpet tiles. The area consists of 8 offices, the library, a conference room, and all continuous hallways in the building. The total floor area for replacement is 6,374.45 square feet. This amount may be reduced at the discretion of the District. Quote should include an estimated timeline of completion. The award will be based on a combination of price and estimated time to completion.

The successful bidder will perform the following:

Removal of existing carpet and replacement for an area of 6,374.45 square feet, including related tasks as further detailed in the scope of work in section 5 of this ITB.
