Sealed bids will be received by the Clerk of the County Commissioners, Warren County, Ohio, 406
Justice Drive, Lebanon, Ohio 45036, until 11:00 AM, Thursday, April 11, 2024, at the Office of the
Warren County Commissioners, and then at said time bids will be opened and read aloud for the 2024
Carlisle Area Lift Station Upgrades – Phase 3.
Bid documents including terms, general conditions, supplemental conditions, specifications, and drawings
are available online at https://www.co.warren.oh.us/Commissioners/Bids/Default.aspx Questions
regarding the technical specifications should be in writing and directed to Kathryn Gilbert at the Warren
County Water and Sewer Department, Kathryn.Gilbert@co.warren.oh.us , (513) 695-1645. To be given
consideration all questions must be received by 4:00 pm on Thursday, April 04, 2024. Contact the Warren
County Commissioners Office at (513) 695-1250 should you need assistance in accessing the bidding
information on the County website.
The project generally consists of upgrades to two lift stations in the Carlisle area, including the Central
Avenue Lift Station and the Castlebrook Lift Station. Project includes the demolition and replacement of
valve vault piping, installation of a permanent bypass connection for each forcemain, demolition and
replace of valve vault access hatches, and bypass pumping.
