West Boundary: Golden Shore to W Shoreline Dr

Properties that have frontage on the boundary streets are within the delineated area of consideration.

Space Type: Parking

Parking Spaces (Total): 7

Parking Spaces (Surface): Either 7 Surface or

Firm Term: 5 Years

Option Term: One 5-Year Option

Additional Requirements:

• Parking must be secured via security key car access


• Parking must be reserved for the exclusive use of the Government.


• Parking spaces may be either structured or surface.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 500-year flood plain.
