Work includes installation of new stormwater management system, including two infiltration basins, installation of new curb and sidewalk, repaving of roadway within the project limits, as well as grading and landscaping.

The Massachusetts Development Finance Agency is seeking an Invitation for Bids for re configuring the intersection of Bulge Road and Patton Road, and installation of roadway improvements along approximately 1,400 feet of Bulge Road in Devens, MA. Work includes installation of new stormwater management system, including two infiltration basins, installation of new curb and sidewalk, repaving of roadway within the project limits, as well as grading and landscaping. All bidders must be pre qualified in the following MA DOT category Highway Construction. To receive an electronic copy of the IFB documents please contact Christine Brown cbrown@massdevelopment.com RFQ documents will be available beginning at 12pm on March 8, 2023. Pre Bid meeting will be held on March 16, 2023 at 10AM at the MassDevelopment offices 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens MA, with a site visit to follow. Bids are due at the MD offices on March 30, 2023 by 2pm. MassDevelopment reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Award of the contract for the work contemplated by the IFB may be subject to the approval of MassDevelopment Board of Directors.
