MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. CST held in person at the BTU Distribution building at BTU’s Distribution Conference Room, 2301 Fountain Avenue #250, Bryan, TX, 77801.
SEALED bids for Bid # 011-04-23 will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. CST, Thursday, January 26, 2023 and publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 p.m. CST, on the same date via Zoom videoconference at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/4066604752?pwd=c1I3RFl5WkJDUWxwYXROZ1VqdXAxQT09

Bid must be completed and submitted on the forms found within the Specifications. Incomplete bid forms will invalidate the bid and the bid will be rejected and returned to the bidder upon request. The right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids and to waive all formalities is hereby reserved by Bryan Texas Utilities.

These documents are also available online at https://brazosbid.ionwave.net. BTU believes that the data contained in these specifications is sufficient for the preparation of bids. Requests for additional information will be considered depending on the bid time frame and the availability of the requested information. Such information will be submitted to all known bidders simultaneously.
In order to ensure a fair and public bid process, all questions or clarifications related to this Request for Bid shall be addressed in writing, via the Brazos Valley Online Bidding System (https://brazosbid.ionwave.net) prior to 12:00 p.m. CST on January 24, 2023. Contact with any BTU employee or official is prohibited without prior written consent from the BTU Procurement Specialist. Failure to observe this requirement may be grounds for rejection of the Bid.

Sealed bids shall be clearly marked with the bid number and addressed to the BTU Purchasing Department. Emailed and electronically submitted bids WILL NOT be accepted.
