Plano Independent School District is accepting qualification proposals from qualified firms to provide Bond Underwriting Services for negotiated bond underwritings.

The District intends to form a pool of underwriters to participate in the District’s negotiated bond sales. The District anticipates its underwriting pool will consist of up to nine (9) firms.

Should your firm be selected for the underwriting pool, the District does not guarantee your firm will be included within any negotiated bond sale of the District. The District reserves the right to remove or add firms to its underwriting pool at any point in time.

The Plano Independent School District is a public school district and political subdivision of the State of Texas, located primarily in southwest Collin County. Plano ISD currently enrolls approximately 50,000 students.
Plano ISD serves the residents of approximately 100 square miles. This area includes 66 square miles in the City of Plano and parts of Richardson, Dallas, Allen, Carrollton, Garland, Lucas, Murphy, Parker, and Wylie.
