Title: Boiler Control Maintenance

Bid Synopsis: The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), Mendota Mental Health Institute (MMHI) is seeking bids for Preventative Maintenance/Technical Support for the Power Plant and Boiler Controls.  This includes calibration of pressure and temperature transmitters, oxygen analyzer calibration, control valves, modulating electric actuators, combustion setting of natural gas & oil burners and Battery Management System (BMS) safety limit testing of MMHI’s Power Plant.  MMHI intends to use the results of this process to award two (2) Contracts.

The Department of Health Services does not guarantee to purchase any specific quantity or pay any minimum Contract price during the term of the Contract. Bids that require a minimum number of commodities or services be ordered will be disqualified.
