Invitation for Bids: Project No. 759 South Prairie Lee Interceptor Sewer Upgrades, Lee’s Summit, Jackson County

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically by the Purchasing Agent of the City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri via the QuestCDN Bidding website (www.questcdn.com) until 3:00 P.M., January, 25, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud via Zoom video conferencing.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on January 11, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. in the Strother Conference Room, located at 220 SE Green Street, Lee’s Summit, Missouri 64063.

The work consists of replacement of multiple sanitary sewer segments. The Work will take place in residential areas, public right-of-way, and in common tracts. Work will include installing new pipe and appurtenances and restoration of worksites.

Information and Bidding Documents are available for review at www.questcdn.com .  The eBidDoc number is 8875336. A fee of $22 will be required to obtain the Bidding Document files.  An additional fee of $20 is required for Contractors who submit a bid for the Work.

Please pay close attention to State Prevailing Wage Determination and OSHA Safety Training requirement per R.S.Mo 292.675.
