Sealed bid proposals shall be received, opened, and publicly read aloud by the Ocean City Purchasing Manager on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 @ 2:00 PM, EDT prevailing time in the City Hall, Council Chambers, Room #301, 861 Asbury Avenue, Ocean City, NJ 08226 for:
CITY CONTRACT NO. 17-51, Construction of a Boardwalk Bathroom Facility at 6th Street
Bid proposals may be mailed or delivered to the City Purchasing Manager, C/o the City Clerks Office of the City of Ocean City, 861 Asbury Avenue, City Hall, Room #101, Ocean City, NJ 08226 or presented to the City Clerk in Room #301 at the time of called for said bid proposals. Specifications & Instructions to Bidders may be obtained by emailing

or at the City Purchasing Office, 861 Asbury Avenue, Room #203, Ocean City, NJ 08226 for a fee of Seventy Five dollars ($75.00) Monday through Friday except legal holidays, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. All Addenda will be issued on the Citys website
