Justification: The State is seeking Contractor Hosted COTS or SaaS Software Solution(s) and applicable Services for the following system below: -Licensing and Verification -Ability to process, track, and accept payment for applications and issue licenses to individuals, vehicles, agencies -Ability to track and issue certificates related to EMS education, both initial and continuing -Complaints and Compliance tracking and case management, including CJIS compliance for criminal complaints -Ability to conduct mobile inspections for agencies, vehicles, and education programs -Licensee and agency data export to EMS Repository Term of the Agreement: Service to Begin Prior to 9/30/2026 with 5 Base Years + 5 1-year options Do Not Exceed Amount: $250,000 Annually and $300,000 Implementation Costs
