The Town of Cairo is accepting bids for the demolition of real property located at 460 Main Street, Cairo, NY. The bid must include an estimate for an asbestos abatement, demolition of the building, coordination with Greene County DPW for removal of debris and securing the site following demolition. Bidders must submit sealed bids to the Town Clerk of the Town of Cairo at 512 Main Street, Cairo NY by 3pm June 18, 2024. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 7pm during the July 8, 2024 Town Board meeting. All bids must include prevailing wage information and a non-collusion affidavit.
