| The intent of this Request for Proposal is to establish a contract through competitive negotiations with a qualified firm for to purchase our annual requirements and to furnish and deliver AVIATION FUEL, 100LL, JET A and related services an ?as needed? basis in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions herein. | |||

| The contract shall cover the period from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2024. The City reserves the option to renew this contract for four (4) additional one-year periods ending December 31, 2028. Unless notified in writing thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date, the contract will automatically renew during these periods. | |||
