The construction work is estimated to begin in April 2018. The estimated values of the project are in the following ranges Electrical Construction: $1,378,538.00 - $1,657,874.00; Plumbing Construction: $853,151.00 - $1,026,027.00; Mechanical Construction: $1,474,550.00 - $1,773,341.00.
