a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.

Please be advised that the changes below are applicable to the original specifications of the above-

referenced solicitation. Added or new language to the RFP is highlighted in yellow, while deleted

language has been stricken.

Section 2.5 Scope of Work

a. The contractor shall furnish at their expense all supervision, equipment, tools, machinery,

labor, materials transportation, and other items and services necessary to fully accomplish

the projects as assigned in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of this

ITB. To cover the complete installation cost, the bidder’s pricing should include costs for

foundations and footers but not the concrete walkways.
