2024 Alley Resurfacing Program

The City of Davenport is accepting bids from qualified vendors for the 2024 Alley Resurfacing Program. This project is located at four alleys as indicated in the plans. Additional work is included at Riverview Terrace Park. The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all labor for the removal of the PCC and HMA pavement at various project locations, placement of full depth aggregate stone base material, geo fabric / grid materials if needed, reconstruction of the pavement, replacement of the adjacent driveway approaches, reconstruction of sidewalk at intersections including ADA ramp construction, topsoil and sodding and erosion control.

Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted.  Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
