Notes:
This is a phased renovation to the historic Allen Fieldhouse that is located on the
University of Kansas campus. This
arena is home to the Kansas Jayhawk’s men’s & women’s basketball team. Phase
01 renovation scope primarily consists
of interior upgrades to the ticketing offices, rally house(s), and back of house spaces
on first and second floors to be
completed prior to the 2023-24 basketball seasons. Phase 02 scope will include
further interior upgrades and MEP
upgrades, as well as Wagnon Parrot renovations. Phase 02 will be issued at a later
date. Award of Phase 01 scope does
not indicate any further awards in future phases.
