ALHAMBRA PARK RESTROOM PROJECT

IN THE CITY OF ALHAMBRA

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Alhambra invites sealed bids for the above stated project and will receive such bids in the office of the City Clerk, 111 South First Street, Alhambra, California 91801, up to the hour of 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 26, 2023. They will be publicly opened at 11:00 a.m. in the City Council Chambers. Project has a mandatory walkthrough of the site on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. at Alhambra Park Restroom (500 N. Palm Ave., Alhambra CA 91801) and may require additional site location visits.

The public restrooms at Alhambra Park are in need of a complete rehabilitation. The restrooms are located near the tennis courts, workout equipment area and near the band shell. Plans and specifications have been prepared to rehabilitate the Alhambra Park restrooms which include; sandblasting the exterior, repairing and painting the interior and exterior, removal of all current fixtures and skylights, replacement of the roof, flooring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, partitions and the installation of new locking steel gates.
