Announcement for Industry Day
Requirements Office: Air National Guard Recruiting and Retention Division (NGB/A1Y)
Title: Air National Guard Recruiting and Retention Support Services (ANG R&R)
Background: The National Guard Bureau's Air National Guard Recruiting and Retention Division (NGB/A1Y) provides recruiting and retention related policies, programs, procedures, and guidance to the ANG units within 54 states and territories. NGB/A1Y's mission is to recruit and retain quality airmen and maintain congressionally authorized end-strength. Therefore, NGB/A1Y requires a full range of professional support services, advertising and marketing services.
To support this requirement, the Government intends on awarding an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), task order driven, advertising and media buying contract, which will provide for Recruiting and Retention Support Services for the Air National Guard Recruiting and Retention Division (NGB/A1Y). The contract shall be structured for maximum flexibility in providing for an expedited ordering process in order to satisfy innovative and rapidly developing recruiting and retention program support services to the ANG units within the 54 states and territories.
The Government anticipates awarding a single award IDIQ contract with a seven-year period of performance contract with a three-year base/ordering period and four one-year option/ordering periods.
The Government intends to conduct an Industry Day session on June 21, 2019 at the Chief Master Sergeant Theodore H. Jackson Memorial Auditorium in Joint Base Andrews, MD. The purpose of this industry day is to provide our industry partners an avenue to learn about ANG Recruiting and Retention and to collect any written questions that prospective offerors may submit through the course of the industry day. Note: The Government will not be conducting one-on-one sessions to prospective offerors.
