Agency Contract - Fire Systems Maintenance

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) on behalf of Savannah Technical College (STC) to establish an Agency Contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide Fire Safety Inspections & Maintenance Services to Savannah Technical College (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ.

Savannah Technical College is located at 5717 White Bluff Road Savannah, Georgia 31405. Please review the eRFQ Instructions document, the Scope of Work Requirements, the Mandatory Questions document, the Cost Worksheet, and additional documents within the attachments section of the Team Georgia Marketplace bid event for more information about the services associated with this contract.

MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE: Savannah Technical College will be hosting an onsite Mandatory Pre-bid Conference and Site Visit on their campus at 10:00 a.m. EST on March 16, 2023 to discuss the scope of work associated with this project. Review the Mandatory Pre-bid Conference document attached to the GPR Bid Notice for more details.
