AE Synopsis:

The 7th Civil Engineering Squadron requires an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract vehicle to provide Title I, Title

II, and Other Architect & Engineering (A-E) Civil and Structural Services to support Dyess AFB renovations and mission requirements for the 7th Bomb Wing and all mission partners. This is a new requirement. This IDIQ will allows us to streamline our A-E requirements, ensuring we are able to obligate our budget quickly.

Provide project site investigation; complete detailed designs for maintenance, repair, alteration, and new construction projects,

and construction management, including submittal reviews. These projects will require multi-disciplinary planning, designing and

engineering service for institutional, commercial, and industrial type facilities. In addition, provide all labor, equipment, materials,

tools, parts and transportation to and from the job site to provide Title I, Title II, and other A-E services for an open-end A-E

design contract at Dyess AFB, Abilene, TX. This will be a Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base and four option years.. This contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to greatly reduce the risk to the Government.
