Advanced Notice of Advertisement for Bids - Fleet Charging Stations & Security N-26

UW Facilities, Project Delivery Group, will be issuing an Advertisement for Bids in early June 2024, the FLEET CHARGING STATIONS & SECURITY, N26 project.

The scope includes but is not limited to providing and installing electric vehicle charging stations, parking lot lighting, security cameras and fencing. The project includes installation of electrical components, structural and nonstructural concrete for curb and equipment foundations along with asphalt pavement repair. This project is situated within the Montlake Landfill buffer and is adjacent to areas classified as steep slopes by the City of Seattle. UW will be providing the EV chargers and pedestals to the contractor for installation. Approximate project value $1,700,000.
