To register, visit https://fcps.bonfirehub.com. Additional assistance is also available at Support@GoBonfire.com. Submitting proposals via the Bonfire portal is mandatory. FCPS will not accept proposals submitted by paper, telephone, facsimile (“FAX”) transmission, or electronic mail (e-mail) in response to this RFP. Reference Special Provisions, Section 15 for additional information. FCPS strongly encourages offerors to submit proposals well in advance of the proposal submission deadline. A proposal submission is not considered successful unless all necessary files have been uploaded and the ‘Submit & Finalize’ step has been completed. Offerors are responsible for the consequences of any failure to plan ahead in the submission of its proposal. A pre-proposal conference will be held on January 10, 2023 at 2 p.m. EST. The purpose of this conference is to allow potential offerors an opportunity to present questions and obtain clarification relative to any facet of this solicitation. While attendance at this conference will not be a prerequisite to submitting a proposal, offerors who intend to submit a proposal are encouraged to attend. FCPS encourages attendees to ensure they have access to the solicitation during the conference. Any changes resulting from this conference will be issued in a written addendum to the solicitation. All questions pertaining to this RFP should be submitted in writing to the contract administrator Reginald Taylor at rtaylor@fcps.edu no later than January 17, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS: Participation and plan data will be made available to offerors. To obtain access to the files, each prospective Offeror must complete the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) attached to this RFP (Appendix D) and submit the NDA with legally authorized signature to Reginald Taylor at rtaylor@fcps.edu.
