The Purpose of this addendum is to provide responses to questions asked during the Inquiry
Phase of this Request for Proposal. The contents of this addendum are now officially a part of the
Request for Proposal document. You must sign the addendum acknowledgement and include all of this
in your bid packet.
1. The RFP mentions in its Scope of Services on page 5, "Provide a way to directly
message groups of people via text, email, or phone call." Can you provide more
detail on this capability? For example, is the District looking for a mass
notification system and/or two-way classroom communication tool as part of this
project?
1a. NPS is interested in both of these, and any other type of messaging system that a
vendor might provide.
2. How many students are enrolled in NPS?
2a.15,786 students
3. How many schools are in NPS?
3a. 24 schools plus an online school and an aviation academy
4. How many teachers does NPS employ?
4a.1,141 certified staff
5. The RFP mentions vendor presentations - will these be held virtually or on site?
5a. We will give the vendor the option of in person or virtually.
6. What Student Information System (SIS) does the District use?
6a. Infinite Campus
7. Whether companies from Outside USA can apply for this?
7a. Yes
8. Whether we need to come over there for meetings?
8a. It depends on the situation

9. Can we perform the tasks (related to RFP) outside USA?

10. Can we submit the proposals via email?
10a. No, we require a physical submission. See Section II, Page 7.
“Vendors must submit two (2) copies of their proposal along with a copy of the proposal
on a thumb drive, sealed and delivered to the Administrative Services Center with “RFP
2024003 Website Design and Hosting” written on the package.”
