The following changes are hereby added to and made part of Bid #2023-03

Questions, Answers, Clarifications and Revisions:

Q1. Will the County be preforming the clearing & grubbing work prior to construction? Clearing &

grubbing is shown in the plan set, but there are no bid items for the work in the bid form. Can you please

clarify?

A. Clearing will be completed by the Town prior to the project. The contractor will be

responsible for grubbing which will be considered incidental to the Excavation Common

item.
