This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Forward curved centrifugal fan with standard motor and Main Fan Auxiliary Switch

BACnet IP & Modbus IP network connectivity to Building Management Systems

Item 2: Deliver and install Liebert Model VS070WUA0E1723S or equal. Salient Characteristics are below:

460 Volts, 60Hz, 3 Phase, 65,000 amps rms Short Circuit Current Rating

20-Ton (70 kW) Water/Glycol Cooled Upflow System

225.0 MBH total cooling capacity

4" filters, MERV 8 rating with 1 extra set of filters

High Temperature Sensor, shuts down unit at 125F.

dual float condensate pump with unit alarm indication and unit shutdown upon high water level. Rated for 100GPH at 20 ft head.

BACnet IP and Modbus IP network connectivity to Building Management Systems for unit monitoring and management
