Abatement, Demolition and Removal of Structure at 2347 NE 16th Ct.

1. The City of Ocala is seeking quotes from contractors to demolish and remove structure, improvements, and structure contents at 2347 NE 16th Ct., Ocala, FL 34470.

2. Contractor will provide all labor and equipment to complete this project.

3. MANDATORY SITE VISIT:

Bidders must conduct a site visit at their convenience in order to participate in this bid.

Site location is 2347 NE 16th Ct., Ocala, FL 34470

Notice of Demolition must be sent to FDEP and City of Ocala permit applied for within two (2) business days after issuance of NTP.

PRICING AND AWARD
1. Bids will be received on a lump sum basis and shall include all costs necessary to complete this project (travel costs, permitting fees, disposal, etc.).

2. Permit allowance is $104. Please include this allowance amount in your lump sum bid amount.

3. Award will be made to the lowest bidder meeting all requirements outlined herein.
