SANDAG is soliciting proposals for professional services to modernize the audiovisual systems of the agency’s conference rooms. This includes the design, purchase, and installation of the audiovisual equipment, along with professional services to operate the installed system, training of SANDAG staff for six months, and provision of semi-annual preventative maintenance services on the equipment for five years. The equipment and related services will be for two separate locations – the main SANDAG offices located in Downtown San Diego and the Toll Operations Center in Otay Mesa. Conference rooms include the agency's Board Room, multi-purpose conference room, executive conference room, approximately 14 small- to medium-sized conference rooms at the main SANDAG office, and 4 conference rooms at the Toll Operations Center. In accordance with the instructions and specifications contained within this RFP, the selected proposer will design an audiovisual system, purchase and install the equipment, train staff for up to six months on the equipment, and provide semi-annual preventative maintenance services for five years.
