on your billing statement. Creating ID
- Please note that your member ID cannot be changed once you make
an account. Please note that a valid ID should be 4 to 16 characters
(A-Z, a-z, 0-9, no space). Email Address
- Please remember to write a valid email address. Keep in mind that
email is the primary way to communicate between suppliers and buyers.
Categories - Categories are used to narrow
down your search results. You can select FSC (Federal Supply Code)
categories that best match your business, and bid leads that fall
within those business categories will be sent to you. There is no
limit on the number of categories you can select. Keywords
- Keywords are used to custom-search our database and to
select only bid leads that match those keywords. This is another method
besides FSC categories to ensure that you receive bid leads that are
relevant to you. You can enter up to 30 keywords.

profiles. By posting their detailed information, your company has

IF YOU HAVE A VALID USER NAME AND PASSWORD BUT CAN NOT LOG IN, IT IS PROBABLY BECAUSE YOUR BROWSER DOES NOT ACCEPT COOKIES.
INTERNET EXPLORER V6 - ACCEPT COOKIE SETUP
- Select TOOLS, then INTERNET OPTIONS, then PRIVACY, then slide meter to MEDIUM security - this is Microsoft's default setting.
- Click the OK button to complete.
ITERNET EXPLORER V5 - ACCEPT COOKIE SETUP
- Select TOOLS, then INTERNET OPTIONS, then SECURITY, then the INTERNET (world icon - default). If this is set to HIGH - you will not be able to login. If this is the case, change the setting to MEDIUM security. If you prefer to keep this HIGH setting, select CUSTOM LEVEL and change PER-SESSION COOKIES (NOT STORED) from DISABLE to ENABLE.
- Click the APPLY button then OK to complete.
NETSCAPE V6 - ACCEPT COOKIE SETUP
- Select EDIT, then PREFERENCES, then PRIVACY & SECURITY, then COOKIES.
- Select ENABLE COOKIES FOR THE ORIGINATING WEB SITE ONLY and WARN ME BEFORE STORING A COOKIE (optional).
- Click the OK button to complete.
