Short Range Transit Plan 2024

The City of Lodi (CITY) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to prepare the City of Lodi’s (CITY) Short Range Transit Plan Update (SRTP) for FY 2024/25 through FY 2034/35.

This SRTP will provide an updated framework for the continuing development of transit services in Lodi over the next ten years. The SRTP will include an operational analysis, financial forecasting & planning, and service recommendations. The principle goals of the project are to:

1. Provide an updated financial plan, including forecasting of available funding and expenditures;
2. Conduct meaningful public outreach that will accurately inform service recommendations.
3. Assess existing and future service to ensure public transit is meeting community needs.
